When I started my first company Be Well Events back in 2017, I had no idea just how much in-person connection could transform lives and businesses. Over the years, I hosted four wellness conferences  and dozens of pop up events and retreats with thousands of attendees and I witnessed firsthand the power of bringing women together in spaces that felt as nourishing as they were expansive.

Then, in my coaching business over the last six years being in dozens of entrepreneurial spaces, masterminds, programs, and conferences, I saw the other side: brilliant, ambitious entrepreneurs pouring themselves into their work only to end up exhausted, burned out, and stuck in the hustle-heavy paradigm the world keeps selling us. I saw women learning all the strategies but being subconsciously blocked in implementation never reaching the potential they had inside.

My journey as a global yoga instructor for over a decade, a nervous system facilitator, and a business coach has shown me something undeniable: if you want it all fulfillment, vitality, presence, and wealth you can’t just chase success. You have to root yourself in practices that nourish you at the deepest level and create the business strategy that allows you to flourish.

That’s why I created Wealthy & Well™ and am now brining it to you as a live event.
This a movement to redefine the way women do business where strategy meets nourishment, and leadership is built on sustainability, not sacrifice.

My mission is simple: to help women rise into their next level of wealth, impact, and power without abandoning their health, joy, or presence along the way because wealth without health and happiness is not really wealth at all.
