When I started my first company Be Well Events back in 2017, I had no idea just how much in-person connection could transform lives and businesses. Over the years, I hosted four wellness conferences and dozens of pop up events and retreats with thousands of attendees and I witnessed firsthand the power of bringing women together in spaces that felt as nourishing as they were expansive.
Then, in my coaching business over the last six years being in dozens of entrepreneurial spaces, masterminds, programs, and conferences, I saw the other side: brilliant, ambitious entrepreneurs pouring themselves into their work only to end up exhausted, burned out, and stuck in the hustle-heavy paradigm the world keeps selling us. I saw women learning all the strategies but being subconsciously blocked in implementation never reaching the potential they had inside.
My journey as a global yoga instructor for over a decade, a nervous system facilitator, and a business coach has shown me something undeniable: if you want it all fulfillment, vitality, presence, and wealth you can’t just chase success.
